Introducing dementia care

Supporting clients and their families

Our carers, assessors and senior carers are all trained in dementia care and can support you in sometimes challenging situations.

We understand the importance of maintaining as much independence as possible, the benefit of routines and regularity, the need to be gentle and caring in sensitive times and how to encourage and support someone to be as healthy and well for as long as possible.

It can be difficult when a person begins to struggle with the day to day routine, or begins to forget – our carers work patiently and with understanding to ensure you always feel safe in the choices that you make.

For some family carers, our respite services are invaluable in giving the opportunity for a break away from the caring role. We work closely with our health partners and monitor our customers wellbeing, seeking clinical support and guidance as and when required in order to ensure the best care and support is being provided.
