Care Manager
Hi, my name is Madara and I’m Care Manager in Brick Kiln Place. I joined Key 2 Care in October 2021. I’ve worked in care for just over 7 years. I started my career in care as a Support Worker in Brick Kiln Place and over the years, I gained valuable experience and knowledge and worked my way up to my current position. As part of my role, I ensure care plans and assessments are up to date and meet Client’s needs. This is my favourite part in my role as I enjoy getting to know the Client. As Care Manager, I ensure both my Clients and Care team feel well supported every single day and the highest quality of care for Clients is provided in their own homes.

My name is Chloe-Jean. I have worked in extra care at Brick Kiln Place for the past nine years gaining experience of how the building runs and getting to know the residents and staff. in 2020 I was promoted to Team Leader where I work alongside Madara to ensure the residents receive the best care possible and the staff remain a happy working team.
