At Key 2 care, we can provide a live-in care service which is a great alternative to a care home.
Our carers are able to provide 24 hour, 7 days a week reassurance and practical support, enabling you to stay in your own home and providing piece of mind for you and your family.
Live-in care from Key 2 Care offers a solution that is devised around your needs. Live-in carers will maintain your comfort, health and safety, whilst providing everything from help with dressing, cooking, washing, medication, housekeeping and cleaning.
Our Live-in care professionals may support you with shopping, escort you to social events, assist in exercises, go for walks, take you to local clubs of your wishes or even take you on days out or on holiday. Our person specific care and support packages concentrate not only on your basic health needs but have a large focus on the need for social well-being, stimulation and happiness.
Live-in Care is a genuine alternative to expensive home care support packages with numerous carers or having to move from your home to a residential home.
We will provide you with a responsible qualified carer who will live in your home and enable you to stay in your own environment. Your carer may stay for a number of weeks and then take a short break. During their break periods for holidays or sickness we will provide another carer who will care for you until their return. You will have one main carer and we will keep the number of other carers to a minimum and ensure they all follow your Care and Support Plan.
Live-in care packages always have a local responsible Care Manager who are “On Call” 24 hours a day for peace of mind and will respond to emergency requirements accordingly. Although most of our customers are elderly, we also manage care services for younger people with illnesses that prevent them living independently in their own home.
