This means that our Quality Management System (our business processes focused on consistently meeting customer requirements and enhancing their satisfaction) for Domiciliary car and support services has been independently assessed and accredited by Qualitas Veritas to international standard BS EN ISO 9001:2015.
In real terms our accreditation and the standards we must maintain will help us to have:
Increased efficiency – by implementing processes and procedures which are based on a quality focus.
Greater employee morale – by ensuring that all employees are working to one agenda we can reduce errors and increase productivity.
Factual approach to decision making – ensuring the business decisions we make are beneficial long term by basing them on facts.
Improved record keeping – as with any management system, ISO 9001 ensures we document your processes from start to finish, helping us to handle customer complaints and improve process efficiency.
Improved customer satisfaction – ensuring we have a feedback system in place which will help us to understand our customers’ needs, identify areas for improvement and reduce wasted resources.
Continuous improvement – using non-conformity reporting and trend analysis, we can identify areas for improvement.

ISO 27001 was developed to help organizations, of any size or any industry, to protect their information in a systematic and cost-effective way, through the adoption of an Information Security Management System (ISMS).
This standard has provided us with the necessary know-how for protecting our most valuable information - that of our customers and employees, and proves to all of our stakeholders that we safeguard their data, and take information security extremely seriously

Cyber Essentials is an official UK wide, government-backed certification that helps companies guard against the most common cyber threats and reduce our risk by at least 95%. It also allows us to demonstrate our commitment to cyber security to all of our stakeholders.

Cyber Essentials Plus is the highest level of certification offered under the Cyber Essentials scheme, an official UK wide, government-backed certification that helps companies guard against the most common cyber threats and reduce our risk by at least 95%.
Cyber Essentials Plus ensures we have the five technical controls needed in place, with cybersecurity verification completed by a regulated auditor. This audit is the key difference between Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus.
Re-accredited February 2021
The NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit is an online self-assessment tool that allows organisations to measure their performance against the National Data Guardian’s 10 data security standards .All organisations that have access to NHS patient data and systems must use this toolkit to provide assurance that they are practising good data security and that personal information is handled correctly.
We have been meeting this standard since 2018, and in February 2021 our audit result evidenced that not only do we meet the required standards, but that we exceed them.

The Great British Care Awards are a series of regional events throughout the UK and are a celebration of excellence across the care sector. The purpose of the awards are to pay tribute to those individuals who have demonstrated outstanding excellence within their field of work.
We have 3 East Midlands Regional finalists in 2020, in the Home Care Registered Manager category, and the Home Care Worker category. The awards take place 13th July 2021 (delayed due to COVID-19)
