At Key 2 care, we can provide support with your domestic tasks.

We routinely ask our carers to ensure that pots are washed and kitchens tidy, empty the bins and make sure that there are no spills before they leave and, time-permitting, complete some essential light domestic duties, e.g. they will complete light domestic support activities such as polishing and hoovering, laundry and sweeping and mopping during their care visit if it is commissioned and they have time to do so. However, we do have a dedicated team of cleaning professionals who can provide a dedicated domestic and laundry/ironing service. They will meet your standards of domestic care and are fully training in aspects of Health and Safety and COSHH. Our cleaning professionals take great care of all property when cleaning, but we do ask that you provide your own cleaning materials.

Our cleaning professionals will always respect your personal choices and not try to direct how your home is presented.

If you have a pet, a cat or dog maybe, they can help to feed them and ensure that they have access to clean and fresh water. This can offer comfort knowing that a loved fur friend is also being looked after.

At Key 2 Care, we can offer a shopping call, and staff will shop for groceries with you, or can shop on your behalf at the store of your choice. They can assist to make a shopping list and will always return receipts and change, please note that we do not ask for bank, credit or debit cards and will never ask for PIN numbers, we  prefer to use cash or contactless payments. We can provide you with clear records to log what our team are spending on your behalf. They will then support by putting shopping away or support you to do this.
