My name is Jean Rathbone, I am the Registered Manager at Maple West Extra Care Scheme. I have worked in care sector for all of my working life since 1986, starting initially as a care assistant and progressing to Registered Care Manager . I have been a Care Manager for many years and have worked at Maple West since January 2019 as the Registered manager. I manage, support and work alongside a brilliant team of care staff who complete their roles to the best of their ability.

Hi, My name is Kelly Edwards. I am a Team Leader at Maple West Extra care Scheme. I have worked in care for 23 years. I started my employment at Maple West as a care worker in August 2017. I am extremely passionate about my role. Within my role I make sure both customers and staff receive the support they need, this can include completing care calls, rota’s, personalised care plans, compliance or just being there to listen. I am a real family girl, I enjoy reading, listening to music, going for walks in the summer with my family.
