Hi my name is Natalie and I am the care manager at Willow Barns Extra Care Scheme.
I have been at Willow Barns since December 2021. I have over 20 years’ experience in the care sector and I have experience working with Learning Disability and Elderly care. My career started as a support worker, working my way up from Care Co-ordinator to Registered Manager. I support the Team leaders with their day-to-day role and offer guidance when needed, I am passionate about ensuring that all residents receive the care and support that they require through a person-centred approach.

Hi my name is Sophie I am a Team Leader at Willow Barns Extra Care Scheme. I have been at Willow Barns since May 2016 when the scheme opened. My role was a Care worker working my way up from Senior to Team Leader. I have a good relationship with both Carers and Residents, and my job involves Rostering, Quality Assurance, Supervisions and Reviews, and completing person-centred care plans to meet each individual's needs and wishes, and support staff with guidance when needed.

My role involves completing supervisions,reviews, audits and quality assurance. Also monitoring care delivery andensuring each individuals needs and wishes are met. I am also here to giveguidance and support to the staff whenever needed.
